I love to start my dinner with a house salad or pack a side salad with my lunch to add extra veggies to my daily fuel. This dressing is a light flavorful blend made up of 6 ingredients instead of 12-15 ingredients. I like to keep a jar of this balsamic dressing at home in the fridge and at the work fridge. Make sure to shake it before you add it to your salad or veggies. This dressing is good for at least a week, but I doubt it will last that long because you will enjoy it so much!

- 1 tablespoon of ground dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 tsp of minced garlic
- 1/2 cup of balsamic vinegar
- 3/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil

1. Add mustard, seasoning, fresh garlic, and balsamic vinegar to a small bowl and whisk.
2. Whisk in olive oil.
3. Add mixture to a container with a lid and refrigerate.
4. Shake before enjoying!
